Instructions
Peel a carrots and cut them into circles.
Heat oil in a skillet on medium low heat.
Add honey and soy sauce. Wait until the honey melts.
Add the carrots, cinnamon and a glass of water.
Cook carrots until they begin to caramelize for 20-30 minutes over medium heat.
Stir the carrots occasionally and watch the heat so the honey and soy doesn’t burn.
Serve them with whole wheat or seven grain toast.
